I'm a 17 year old girl would is tired of being overweight.
i always get healthy and exercise for a short period of time and then just suddenly give up. and back to sqare one.
I am graduating this year and would like to be proud of my body !
i really want to get healthy not only for others, but for myself. I want to share my progress with you to keep me motivated and hopefully get to my goal ! :)

actually, i think morbid obesity is absolutely revolting. i think anorexia is grotesque. this is fucking stupid. how can something SO unhealthy be considered ”beautiful” fuck damn. don’t try and be politically correct and make everyone equals to justify an unhealthy lifestyle.

Here in the wild internet we have the common body shaming troll roaming in it’s natural habitat, tumblr.
They are often concerned about ones health due to their size with no actual knowledge on how bodies actually work. They also have the common delusion that they have a medical degree from just watching health talk shows and doing non-extensive research on google. The body shaming troll doesn’t have any medical knowledge or any medical degree yet they think they do to cover up their own insecurities. Scientists think that it’s a form of mental psychosis, but others think it’s sheer ignorance and stupidity.
The body shaming troll is a rather ignorant and silly creature due to its societal up bringing but there is hope to clean up their negative views on others and themselves.
